We have a 24 hour cancellation period at the Salon on the Square. We kindly ask you to make us aware of any appointment changes or cancellations at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time in order for us to try to re-sell the time booked. Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment time, will be charged a 50% fee of the appointment cost for loss of time for our staff. Any missed appointments will incur a 100% charge of appointment cost.
if you have not visited us before or not visited for over 6 month for hair colour or eyelash/brow tinting, we require a skin test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please just pop into the salon for the skin test.
A deposit of 50% will be require for group bookings, weddings and large appointment times.
Children are only permitted in the salon or spa area when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children, and we hope you understand, wee cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
We welcome quit and well behaved dogs on leads in the downstairs salon area.
Any offers or discounts can not be used in conjunction with any offers. All offers and discounts are subject to availability.
Our gift vouchers must be redeemed without exception within 6 months after the date of issue. The expiry date will be marked clearly on the voucher. The vouchers may be used against hair and/or beauty treatments or any retail products. No change will be given or refund/credit issued if the full value is not used.
